About Douglas
Douglas practices in the firm’s Construction, Commercial, and Real Estate Litigation practice groups. In addition, he also performs insurance defense and appellate practice.
Douglas is a member of The Florida Bar; U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; and U. S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. American Bar Association; and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Douglas has also taught Legal Research & Writing and Civil Litigation as an adjunct professor at Southern College.
Douglas received his B.A., 1991, and J.D., with honors, 1994, from University of Florida.
