About Lindsay
Lindsay practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Law practice groups and serves as Sub-Chair of the firm’s Business Section.
Lindsay is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar (Member: Executive Council from 1979 to 1985, Vice President from 1982 to 1983, and President from 1983 to 1984), and the American Bar Association.
Lindsay is listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Real Estate Law.
Lindsay is very active in the Central Florida community, including being a past member and chairman of the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees and the Winter Park Health Foundation Board of Trustees. He has also been involved with many civic and cultural organizations in Central Florida.
He has been very active with his alma mater, including the President of the Vanderbilt Law School Alumni Board, President of the Vanderbilt University Alumni Association Board of Directors, and a member of the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust.
Lindsay received his B.E. and J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi.

Causing clients’ transactions to flow smoothly

Worked summers for a road construction company

What advice would you give to a young student in law school?
Make good grades— take professors that make you think/analyze problems
What is your favorite lawyer joke?
How can you tell the difference between a dead lawyer and a dead snake in the road — skid marks in front of the snake.

How do you spend your weekends?
Golf with my wife or friends and with my grandchildren
