About Jacqueline
Jacqueline Ferris works in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy section. Her practice includes representation of corporate debtors and creditors in a broad range of complex business cases of various sizes. Jacqueline’s practice includes representation of clients from multiple industries, including telecommunication companies and financial institutions. She also has experience with work outs and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
Jacqueline is a member of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Young Lawyers’ Section and the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She is a member of the Florida State Bar and the New York State Bar. She is also admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Jacqueline received her B.A. in 1999 from the State University of New York at Binghamton and her J.D. in 2002 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
