2011 Proposed Physician Fee Schedule Released

On June 25, 2010, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) released the Proposed 2011 Physician Fee Schedule (“Proposed Rule”). The Proposed Rule is currently on display at the Office of Federal Register and is expected to officially be published in the Federal Register on July 13, 2010.
